Honeycomb
Kraft Paper Honeycomb Products are environmentally safe, recyclable products, made from renewable resources.
Honeycomb is manufactured in cell sizes from .375” to 1.2”, heights of .5” to 4.5”, and widths up to 60”. Honeycomb can be combined with other materials for specific needs or custom thickness.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Tags can be embedded during construction, to protect them from damage or tampering. The RFID Tags keep track of each pallet's contents more efficiently, and limit product losses.
U-Channel
The paper width and gluing heads limit U-Channel dimensions. The standard maximum width of paper is eleven inches, and the maximum width of the “channel” is six inches. Therefore, the largest standard U-Channel is 2.5 x 6 x 2.5. Printing and white outside are no additional charge, other than a one-time plate charge. Larger custom sizes are available.
