"Western Quality" Quality in Paper Tube Manufacturing

Quality control measurements are performed on critical variables throughout the manufacturing process. Any deviations are detected during production and corrections made during the run. The use of electronic height gauges, digital calipers and micrometers allows for quick dimensional checking with maximum accuracy. Material waste and re-work time is minimized with our efficient quality procedures.

Several filler grades are available for different quality and strength paper tubing. Specify three to sixteen ply wall construction depending on your need. We offer many selectable cover stock options. Choose from one of our many colors or choose a high-grade cover for extra long life and durability. Whatever your tube needs are, we have the tube for you.

Our in-house machine shop manufactures steel cutting mandrels for standard and custom sizes (Inside Diameters from 1.5 to 10.5 inches). Precise tooling coupled with the in-line knife cutter, create clean, burr-free cuts. Cutting tolerances of +/- 0.040" are guaranteed at any speed. At constant speed, tolerances of +/- 0.020" are achievable on tubes with lengths below 48 inches.
