Production Supervisor
Western Container is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and plan company production operations, apply today. The production supervisor is responsible for creating a safe work environment through maintaining the equipment and facility. Supervises production staff to ensure streamline processes and ensure standards are being met. Oversee and plan the company’s production operations. Ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by monitoring how employees organize their workflows. Ensure that machines are functional and the production facilities adhere to safety standards.

Winder Operator
The Winder Operator is responsible for creating a safe work environment and operating assigned machinery including saws. This position is responsible for safely setting up, operating and maintain the saw/winder and work area to meet both internal and external customer needs. Individual in this role is detail oriented in ensuring work product meets client specifications as indicated in the work order. This individual is a part of a team environment focused on safely creating products and services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in an efficient manner. This position collaborates with management and manufacturing personnel ensuring an excellent product to the customer.

1st Shift Paper Stacker/ Saw Operator
The Paper Stacker/ Saw Operator is responsible for creating a safe work environment and operating assigned machinery including saws. This position is responsible for safely setting up, operating and maintain the saw and work area to meet both internal and external customer needs. Individual in this role is detail oriented in ensuring work product meets client specifications as indicated in the work order. This individual is a part of a team environment focused on safely creating products and services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in an efficient manner. This position collaborates with management and manufacturing personnel ensuring an excellent product to the customer.

Shipping Coordinator
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for creating a safe and organized work environment that allows for the efficient flow of materials and products into and out of the organization. The shipping coordinator oversees the shipping staff to receive, store and issue materials as needed for efficient product production. Coordinate’s shipping processes including appropriate paperwork, scheduling of trucks and staging information as needed. The individual in this role is detail oriented ensuring products are shipped and received according to bill of lading and packing slips. This position collaborates with management and manufacturing personnel ensuring an excellent product to the customer.

2nd Shift Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is responsible for helping to create a safe work environment through maintaining the equipment and facilities. The Production Supervisor focuses on streamlining processes and ensures standards are being met. Assists the 1st Shift Production Supervisor overseeing and planning the company’s production operations. Ensures all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by monitoring how employees organize their workflows. Ensure that machines are functional, and the production facilities adhere to safety standards.

Utility Operator
The Utility Operator is responsible for creating a safe work environment and to perform multiple tasks given daily. This position is responsible for safely completing tasks given by the Production Supervisor that meet both internal and external customer needs. The individual in this role shall be detail oriented in ensuring the tasks given are completed. This individual is a part of a team environment focused on safely creating products and services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in an efficient manner. This position collaborates with management and manufacturing personnel.

Maintenance Mechanic
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing duties to repair and maintain machinery, equipment, building and facilities requireing broad knowledge of maintenance skills including mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, carpentry, fabrication and a basic knowledge of electrical repair.
